The drum type microfilter is a pressureless mechanical filter, which is used to mechanically filter out the solid suspended solids, debris, fibers and other wastes in the water. The fine filter is generally above 30 microns. Drum-type microfiltration machine is an important primary filtration equipment in circulating water commercial fish culture. From the perspective of appearance design, it can be divided into two types: box type and open type. The box-type microfilter only needs to connect the fish pond water to the water inlet of the microfilter, while the open microfilter needs to build a separate sewage pool and put the microfilter into it. The drum type microfiltration machine has a self-cleaning function, and the filtration capacity can generally reach 30 tons to 800 tons per hour. We can also design a microfiltration machine with a larger or smaller filtration capacity according to customer needs. The microfilter has the function of backwashing, which can collect and remove the filtered dirt. The operating mode of the microfiltration machine can also be designed for automatic operation and manual adjustment. The design of the drum type microfiltration machine can meet the requirements of continuous operation, low labor maintenance and long-term work of breeding users. The product has compact structure, reasonable structure and simple operation. The shell material can be made of PP/PE/PVC, or stainless steel 304, 316, etc., to meet the needs of customers at different price points and for brackish and fresh water aquaculture. The filter screen of the microfiltration machine is generally made of stainless steel 316, and the general mode of the control electric box can also be designed according to customer requirements.
